The Ferocity Letter
A softly fierce Sunday letter for women who lead. Field notes, practices, words that carry power.
When women trust their ferocity, they remake the world.
That voice inside of you—urgent, angry, inspired, bursting to be heard yet cautious of its own power? It’s not supposed to be ignored. Your job is to listen, respect and channel it.
Ferocity is intelligent, bold, confident. It may not always be loud, but it is the wisdom that knows something must change so something better can be born.
On Sundays, I send a short, soulful, fierce little love note to women who lead—part field report, part trusting our inner knowing, part practice and words you can use—so that your communication lands with more presence, clarity and confidence.
What you’ll get
Field Notes—brief, true stories and observations of what’s wild, strong, intelligent, bold, confident, quiet, loud and fierce.
Practices—new moves to try this week, practice for trusting your own ferocity.
Words—powerful language to borrow and amplify as we remake the world.

This is a letter to be passed hand-to-hand—read by women who lead, and shared when it helps. Not everyone needs to know about it. For those who do, I hope you will come to love opening it.
